The Power Of Thoughts

The Power of Thoughts and How to Use Them to Your Benefit

AS a rule - whatever you think about, dwell upon and desire will over time become reality. We as humans have an incredible software called our mind and the ability to think.

That is the process whereby we mentally construct a thought process and then carry out the actions physically.

Science has us believe that if you breakdown molecules to atoms, atoms down to protons and neutrons and even further down you are left with vibrating energy waves.

This is the exact science that pertains to thoughts - the invisible force.

Think of it this way waves are transmitted from the radio or tv station through beams. These waves are received through a receiver such as an antenna which is then decoded and played back through the tv box as graphics or music through the speakers.

Our thoughts have exactly the same effect.

The brain is the hardware and will act like a magnet if the request that is communicated to it is clear and precise for interpretations.

Your brain cannot and will not act otherwise because your brain when properly instructed by your mind, cannot in unison with your central nervous system, tell the difference between a real or crystal clear imagined thought.

THE POWER OF THOUGHT is driven by the most creative force known to the universe …

Can you guess what that is ???

IMAGINATION - yes, one can have all the LOGICAL reasoning why the power of thought will not work or cannot work but the reality is it DOES and so powerfully too.

There are no scientific reasons why this is so but to ingrain it into ones subconscious gives you more power and energy to manifest what you want in life and in a shorter time frame.

Remember thinking and thoughts are a physical process and every thought that you think of sets off a process referred to as an electro-chemical process in your brain.

When you create a picture of something you want in your mind’s eye, you actually trigger off this process, physically and directly moving the electrons and the chemical composition regions of your brain.

The more you mentally VISUALISE something, the stronger you make the pattern, the easier it is for you to bring about the result you want.

THE COACHES MINDSET

The late great Jack Gibson a man of great morals and stature ...

GREAT PEOPLE MAKE GREAT COACHES

Coaches who are open minded, who are willing to listen, will get a lot of good suggestions from their people. If they want to keep on getting them, they’d better be careful how they turn down the ones they can’t use.

When people feel their suggestions are resented as  “interference”, ridiculed or rejected without serious consideration, they soon stop making them.

The art of turning down suggestions tactfully, without hurting people’s feelings or killing their interest, is worth developing.

For the coach, few things will pay him bigger dividends than the time and trouble he takes to understand his players.

Almost nothing will add more to his stature as a coach. Nothing will give him greater satisfaction or bring him more success.

Coaches who attack results without analysing causes usually make matters worse rather than better.

The coach must remember this - if you want the players who play fir you to strive for their best possible performance, then give them room to breathe and develop and hold them accountable for what they do.

A smart coach never sets out to blame anyone for anything.

WHY ???

Because blaming people seldom makes them want to do better. All it does is stir up resentment - especially if the blame happens to be all or partly undeserved.

The most effective coaches are those who satisfy the psychological needs of their players.

When dealing with people, it is important to remember that everyone does not see things from the same prospective.

Understanding someone’s viewpoint is the first step to effective coaching. Unfortunately, the perspective of others is too often overlooked.

To succeed in coaching, to reach the top, an individual must know all it is possible to know about the business.

Mindset Challenge

by admin on June 17, 2009

How Do You Tame Your Mind???

The first thing is, you must not put a noose around the mind. Most minds have been chained for years without adding to the weight. Training your mind involves taking the noose away, not leaving or adding to it.

For most of our lives our minds we have been strangled for years through negative programming.

This comes from our own family system and conditioning from the effects of television, radio, video, the internet, newspapers and other people’s belief patterns which on many occasions we have adopted without even knowing it having severe consequences in shaping the many ‘I’s‘ we portray throughout a lifetime.

People’s belief systems are unique to the individual a blueprint of what they are at any given time.

We need to unravel this mess and hence lays the problem of information overload. Trying to cut through and unravel the knots of neurons in our brains to develop new pathways of thought.

So it’s about washing any those unwanted negative vibrations and sliding into another frequency where you can resonate into sheer ambience. A level/place/dimension where nothing is to great, or to complicated … IT JUST IS.

This is no ordinary thought process but PURE, GENUINE and DEEP thought. This isn’t meditation type thought either. It’s about work and training the mind to think and work a certain way.

To achieve that is the dedication to the belief in yourself and the desire to bring about positive change. Belief and desire are powerful weapons against any negativity - YOU JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW THEY WORK!!!

Professional Fitness Training

The Group Fitness Challenge

One of the most effective methods of getting motivated to achieve peak physical fitness is exercising within a group environment. With a well focused professional fitness trainer or coach and a area allowing fora diverse range of exercises a great deal can be achieved in an hour session once or twice a week.

Peak physical fitness is achieved within a group or team environment predominately with cardio, aerobic style routines. This is a lot of running, stop start interval training which stimulates the blood flow increasing the heart rate and the lung capacity.

The ideal environment outdoors in the fresh clean air is by the beach for workouts in the sand and sand dunes, a nearby park with access to hills for variation and if possible a set of stairs for variety. Fortunately i have access to all such environments nearby at my disposal.

As a certified trainer, ideally, I would like to train 10 individuals per group allowing me to build well focused groups with common goals. Such as weight loss, aerobic capacity strength and endurance, motivational fitness to increase energy levels.

Personally, I prefer conducting these type of fitness workouts which can be achieved with minimal fitness equipment through professional fitness coaching with a precise understanding of the end goal. Each individual is different in make up, ability and fitness levels, however a common ground within the group can be found from pure observation over time.

The use of hills, sand dunes and steps is a great leveler as well enhancing ones aerobic and endurance capacities whilst build leg strength. It also provides variety which can be easily incorporated in any fitness workout.

Of prime importance is the warm up and warm down of at least 10 minutes either period to ensure the prevention of unnecessary injuries, stiffness and soreness which will surely discourage the continuance or the fitness program.

The Human Body …

by admin on May 15, 2009

The human body is our sanctuary, our vehicle to experience the physical world ...

A Fit And Healthy Body …

The human body our vehicle in experiencing the physical world in which we live in, is a tool, a sophisticated tool but a tool for our mind’s to experience.

Through our five senses, (we will leave the sixth sense for another day), of taste, sight, touch, smell and sound we are able to seek knowledge through experience that provides us with direction for further experience.

So it makes perfect sense that in order to better or fully experience life in the physical world we are faced with the challenges of keeping our body’s in perfect shape allowing us the ability to extend ourselves beyond the normal day to day activities that is required by the body to function.

Body maintenance is like any other machine, constant, ongoing and delicate at times. Abuse will lead to destruction and neglect will lead to inefficiencies.

Proper exercise, stretching and diet allows the human body to function at its peak whilst meditation assists the brain to connect to our minds.

Again we will leave this topic for another rainy day …

Hence the fitness challenge for most is acquiring the discipline and the motivation in today’s society to get physically and mentally fit and then maintaining a level of fitness to allow the body to function at peak performance.

Remember we experience life in this physical world through our body, it is our vehicle and we are in the driver’s seat and if it is not up to scratch then it will not operate at full capacity diminishing our experience of life itself.

Think about it for a little while and ask yourself is your experience of life exactly what you want it to be ???

Could it be just a tad more fulfilling ???

Everything we do, who we are and who we are to be originates from our thoughts, our mindset thus like everything in the natural world it requires a balance between the extremes of abuse and neglect.

Fitness, nutrition, water and the like are needed to maintain this balance in order for ones experience of life in this world to be as complete as it can be for each individual’s own circumstances …

In the post to come we will look deeper into how everyone no matter what lifestyle they choose to live can better prepare themselves for overcoming the personal challenges and obstacles life throw at us consistently.

Finally, I would like to leave you with this thought, nothing new but non the less a thought …

PREVENTION vs CURE — ALTERNATIVES FOR THE CURE
